Sudoku-Layer Privacy Policy for Android

Who is responsible

Sudoku-Layer is offered under the CIMUSOFT brand. The controller of this application is Alejandro Valverde, established in the United States. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@cimusoft.com.

The intended distribution is worldwide. This policy covers the Sudoku-Layer Android application, package com.cimusoft.sudoku_layer_app. The cimusoft.com website policy is available separately at https://www.cimusoft.com/privacy-policy. This Android policy does not replace the policies of other websites or apps you visit through an advertisement.

Information stored on your device

The app saves your game and preferences so you can continue playing: board, notes, move history, time, mistakes, lives, difficulty, language, colors, sound, animations and circle-sum settings.

The game code does not send that content to a CIMUSOFT server or provide synchronization between devices. You do not need an account to play. The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or GPS location.

Android may include app data in backups or device transfers, depending on system and manufacturer settings. This is separate from synchronization provided by CIMUSOFT.

Advertising and Google services

Sudoku-Layer integrates Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform, UMP. It may display a banner, optional ads for an extra life or hint, and an ad after a completed game.

Google describes its SDK as processing IP addresses —which may indicate approximate location—, interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers, depending on availability and configuration. Purposes include advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. SDK disclosure.

Non-personalized advertising may still require technical data and advertising storage. Google services may use identifiers, local storage and advertising technologies such as cookies within web components. This does not mean our game code sends Google your board or notes. The current version requests non-personalized ads. Google may provide advertising performance reports to CIMUSOFT. The app does not integrate a separate gameplay analytics service or Firebase Analytics.

Google and providers participating in ad delivery process information according to their roles, settings and policies. See the Google Privacy Policy. Advertising data may be processed outside your country; Google's policy describes its transfers and safeguards.

Your privacy choices

Where applicable, the app will display the relevant privacy messages and consent choices. If Google requires an entry point to review those decisions, it will be available under Settings → Privacy options. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not turn continued use into consent and does not require creating an account.

You can manage advertising identifiers and other controls in Android's privacy settings and access Google's advertising controls. Names and availability depend on Android and your region. Lack of consent or an available ad does not erase your game.

Retention and deletion

Your game and preferences remain in app storage until replaced, cleared or removed using system tools. Clearing the app's storage in Android settings removes local progress and preferences. A system backup may retain or restore data; manage those backups separately.

CIMUSOFT does not hold a user account or server copy of your game to access or delete remotely. Google retains service data under its policies and applicable controls. Uninstalling the app is not itself a request to delete data already processed by Google.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to include. We use it to answer your enquiry and retain it as needed to do so, resolve issues or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion using the contact above.

Security

Local storage relies on your device and Android protections; the game does not provide its own additional encryption for saved progress. Advertising communications use the providers' mechanisms. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid including sensitive information or other people's data in support enquiries.

Audience and rights

Sudoku-Layer is intended for teenagers and adults and is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child's data has been handled inappropriately in connection with this app, contact the controller so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Depending on the law applicable where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or obtain a portable copy of data, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights over information we control. Google's privacy tools are also available for information it manages. We do not need your saved game to answer a privacy enquiry.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy and its date when the app's practices change. Where a change requires additional notice or fresh consent, we will provide it through the appropriate means.
